The following information is important! We will be unable to set up your equipment if you do not comply with the following requirements.
- No shoes or bare feet inside inflatables.
- No food, gum, drinks around or inside the inflatables (avoid chocking hazard or mess!).
- No glasses, jewellery, badges or high heels inside inflatables.
- No pets, no toys or sharp objects inside the inflatables.
- No moving or altering the inflatables, anchoring system or its accessories.
- No baby oil, henna, soap, confetti, sprays or other substances inside the inflatables.
- No water or other liquid to be poured or strayed onto the inflatables (may cause slippery conditions).
- Must have adult supervision at all times.
- Must be aware of age limitations for the chosen inflatable.
- Must be aware of maximum occupancy and weight limits.
- Must keep safety mats at the bottom of slides - do not remove after driver positions them.
- Must keep vent on the side clear at all times.
- Do not use in windy conditions or wind guests over 24 mph.
- Do not use during thunder storms.
- Do not smoke, barbeque or bring glasses on or near inflatables.
- Do not allow children to bring any hard or sharp, or even large objects that could block exits.
- Do not allow children to take balloons into the inflatables or burst them (can be a choking hazard).
- Do not bounce at the entry or exit points
- Do not climb up the slide - steps must be used - use one at a time, sitting down, feet first.
- Do not bounce against the side.
- Do not permit reckless behaviour inside the inflatables
- Do not wrestle, flip, collide or pile with other participants.
- Do not allow small and big children bouncing at the same time.
- Do not hang from the sides or the roof - a repair fee will be added if damages occur.
- Do not allow your children near the blower unit - risk of electric shock and serious injury.
- Do not use inflatable if you have a history of neck or back problems.
- Do not use inflatable while it's being inflated or deflated.
- Do not leave the blower plugged in if the inflatable isn't used.
- If the blower overheats or loses power, immediately remove children and switch it off at the mains. It should restart when switched back on after 1 to 2 minutes later.
- Contact us if there is issues with the blower.
- Contact us immediately in case of any equipment failure.
- Contact us if as soon as possible if there is any injury needing medical attention. Ensure treatment within 2 hours of event.
- Please obtain a detailed incident report in case of such level injury.
In addition to the rules listed above, please ensure the following:
- The access area is to be clear of all litter, rubbish and animal waste.
- The payment is sorted in cash to our delivery driver on arrival.
- Adhere to all health and safety and proper usage requirements given to you.
